ABOUT US
Australian Parking Consultants (APC) was formed as a result of a management buyout of the Parking Consultancy Division of the Australian Road Research Board (ARRB).
​
Consequently, the core of the parking staff and management have transferred over to APC with Michael Moses as its Managing Director.
Our resources based in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane include economists, civil and traffic engineers, car park managers and financial analysts.

The APC team has many years of practical experience in the parking industry, including all facets of car park management and operations, including parking strategy, policy, planning, pedestrian and road safety, audits, feasibility studies, technology, signage systems and car park technology platforms.

Our 3 senior team members combined have almost
80 years' practical experience.
AWARD
We have a reputation for timely delivery, excellent communication with our clients and substantially improving the presentation and management of all car parks that we consult on. We have received an award for Excellence in Planning from Parking Australia.
More recently, in June 2022, APC received a national award for Planning Excellence from the Planning Institute of Australia for the development of the Town of Victoria Parking Management Plan.
APC developed a unique Parking Intervention Matrix in the Parking Management Plan which provides a consistent approach for determining parking solutions for local governments.
